In the third quarter of 2024, the music and podcasts app market in Serbia showcased varied trends across the top five applications on the unified platform, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

Spotify - Music and Podcasts saw a consistent performance in weekly revenue, with figures oscillating between $1.3K and $1.7K, peaking at approximately $1.7K in late August. The app's weekly downloads showed a gradual decrease, starting from 5.1K in early July to about 3.8K by the end of September.

Radio Uzivo Srbija experienced modest weekly revenue, ranging from $19 to $40, with a noticeable peak in early September. Weekly downloads for the app started strong at 3.3K but witnessed a decline over the quarter, ending at just over 2K.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts maintained a steady download pattern throughout the quarter. Beginning at 1.7K, downloads increased slightly to a maximum of 2K in late July, before settling at around 1.6K by the end of September.

YouTube Music also showed stable download figures, starting at 1.5K and reaching a peak of 1.8K mid-August. By the end of the quarter, downloads were steady at approximately 1.6K.

Lastly, Deezer: Music Player, Podcast presented a relatively stable revenue stream, fluctuating between $430 and $649, with a peak in late July. Weekly downloads remained consistent, with numbers hovering around 1K throughout the quarter, ending slightly above 1K in late September.
